Our chef, who had more than eleven years experience in restaurants inTeheran, cooks authentic persian food: not only he serves traditional homemade dishes like ghormeh sabzi, gheymey nesar, zereshk polo, but he has the special training for cooking koubideh - his kitchen is equiped with the special grill brought from Iran - and other grilled dishes like chello koubideh or baal kebabi. All desserts, like iranian ice cream or maadjoun, are also all homemade.
